The ancient Eucalyptus trees and native vegetation, provide a habitat for various bird species, including black swans, pelicans, and ducks, which can be observed in their natural environment.

There’s a delicate, woody edge to this honey’s aroma. The sweet, nutty taste intensifies to sweet cacao with delicate, dry, wood and floral undertones. Caramel flavours taper off to reveal a delicate marzipan-like finish. Perfect drizzled over yoghurt, fruit, a smoothie or vanilla ice cream.
